These Terms of Service are concluded between:

And any user ("Customer") making a purchase on wildriftcore.com.

Offers and Pricing

All prices are displayed inclusive of all applicable taxes.

MVP Subscription

• Price: $2.99/month (first month at $0.99 via the LAUNCH offer)
• Includes: 500 cores renewed monthly, ad-free experience, priority analysis queue, early access to new tools
• Commitment: none — cancel at any time
• Renewal: automatic monthly until cancellation

Core Packs (one-time top-ups)

• Starter Pack: 100 cores — $0.99 (one-time purchase)
• Booster Pack: 300 cores — $1.99 (one-time purchase)

Cores are AI analysis credits with no monetary value. They cannot be exchanged for money, transferred, or resold.

Payment

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Wild Rift Core stores no card data. Accepted payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay.

Orders are confirmed upon payment validation. A confirmation email is sent to the address provided at sign-up.

Right of Withdrawal — Digital Content

Under French consumer law (article L221-28 of the Consumer Code), the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content delivered on an intangible medium where performance has begun with the Customer's prior express agreement, and the Customer has acknowledged the loss of the right of withdrawal.

By completing a purchase and checking the withdrawal waiver checkbox at checkout, the Customer expressly waives their right of withdrawal and agrees that service delivery begins immediately.

MVP Subscription Cancellation

• Cancel any time from your account page, under "Subscription & cores".
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• MVP access is maintained until the end of the paid period.
• Unused monthly cores expire on cancellation. Pack and earned cores are retained.
• No pro-rata refund is issued.

Acceptable Use

Users may not:

• Use the service for unlawful or fraudulent purposes
• Attempt to bypass technical limits (scraping, API abuse, bots)
• Share, resell, or transfer accounts or cores to third parties
• Reproduce or commercially exploit site content without written authorisation

Intellectual Property

Original site content belongs to Wild Rift Core. Wild Rift and related trademarks belong to Riot Games, Inc. Wild Rift Core is not affiliated with Riot Games.

Dispute Resolution

In the event of an unresolved dispute, EU consumers can use the European Online Dispute Resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute shall be referred to the competent courts within the jurisdiction of the Amiens Court of Appeal, France.
