Runaan's Hurricane
Runaan's Hurricane is an AoE DPS accelerator for ADCs that can punish multiple targets at once and profit from compact fights.
Wind's Fury: your basic attacks fire mini bolts on hit at 2 nearby targets, each dealing 55% physical damage; they can crit and apply on-hit effects. In patch 7.3, Wind Blade is removed, the item costs 2650 gold (Zeal + Kircheis Shard) and gives 40% attack speed and 4% movement speed.
It is a very rewarding mid-game buy on ADCs that already play around multiplying autos and on-hit effects. It becomes far less interesting when the game is all about hitting one isolated target, when you still lack baseline safety, or when your champion prefers a more single-target power curve.

- The game is mostly played through single-target picks or very spaced-out trades.
- You still need range, lifesteal, or a real safety net first.
- Your champion converts a single-target burst or pure crit slot better.
