Muramana
Muramana is the activated form of the Manamune bet: a real damage spike for AD spell-based champions that survived long enough to turn mana into offensive pressure.
Shock: your basic attacks deal bonus physical damage equal to 1.5% of your max Mana; your abilities, 3.5% (melee) or 3% (ranged) of your max Mana. Awe remains: AD equal to 2% of max Mana and 15% of Mana spent refunded. Since patch 7.3, this damage no longer consumes Mana and the item gives 40 base AD.
Muramana remains strongest on AD carries or poke profiles that regularly land abilities and repeat the same rotation often. It is excellent in repeated fights, siege situations, or on champions that harass before committing. It is less impressive when you want an immediate one-shot burst or when your kit barely uses mana once transformed.
