Fiendhunter Bolts is the patch 7.3 Zeal item for marksmen who play around their ultimate: 20 ultimate ability haste, then 3 guaranteed crits with 50% attack speed right after casting it.
Night Vigil: gain 20 ultimate ability haste. Opening Barrage: after casting your ultimate, your next 3 attacks gain 50% attack speed and are guaranteed crits dealing 80% of your normal crit damage, for 8 seconds; an attack that would already crit instead deals 15% bonus true damage (45 s cooldown).
Riot built it to give marksmen a real choice between Zeal items: it creates a burst window after the ultimate, and names Twitch, Zeri and Yunara among marksmen who already play around theirs. Same price and build path as Rapid Firecannon (Zeal + Kircheis Shard, 2650 gold), with 45% attack speed instead of 40%.
