Yordle Trap
Yordle Trap changes role in patch 7.3: less gold generated, more buffs for allies. Slowing or immobilizing an enemy champion gives attack speed to you and nearby allies.
Catcher: slowing or immobilizing an enemy champion empowers you for 8 seconds (melee) or 4 seconds (ranged): 20 movement speed, and you and nearby allies gain 30% (melee) or 20% (ranged) bonus attack speed. If an ally, including you, gets a kill during that time, you gain 20 gold.
Riot wanted a support item to encourage supporting the team rather than snowballing through gold. Resistances are now split (200 Health, 20 armor, 20 MR, 2400 gold).
