Fimbulwinter is Winter's Approach's reward: every immobilize or slow you land generates a mana-based shield.

On a repeated-CC tank, the passive equals hundreds of effective HP per fight — a shield on every root, stun, or slow. It is the final conversion: stored mana becomes active tankiness.

The evolution comes on its own if the Tear was taken early; the real choice happened at the first item.
