Hextech Rocketbelt adds an offensive dash to your kit: a short rocket surge that spits flames, bought for the mobility more than the stats.

On an immobile mage, the active changes which combos exist: crossing the last 200 units to land an ultimate, dodging a decisive skillshot, or shortcutting a rotation. The bonus HP does the rest — the item for APs who play inside the melee.

A kit purchase more than a stat purchase: if the dash unlocks nothing in your game plan, a raw AP item pays more.
