Harmonic Echo
Harmonic Echo is reworked in patch 7.3 into a chain heal and shield item: each heal or shield on an ally partly spreads to a second ally.
The item does not make a heal bigger: it shares it. As soon as your team fights grouped, each heal or shield on an ally also helps the one who needs it most.
Riot aims it at champions with powerful heals and shields, so they support the whole team. In 7.3 it builds from Bandleglass Mirror and Kindlegem (2500 gold).

Harmonic Echo is reworked in patch 7.3 into a chain heal and shield item: each heal or shield on an ally partly spreads to a second ally.
When you heal or shield an allied champion, the effect links to the nearest allied champion in range with the lowest Health percentage (excluding yourself), who receives 30% of the heal or 35% of the shield. If no other ally is in range, the original target receives that bonus instead. Riot made this change because the item scaled too well in the late game with ability haste and Heal and Shield Power.

- Buying it on a support whose ally heals or shields are weak.
- Playing away from your team: with no other ally in range, the bonus goes back to the original target.
- Buying it to amplify repeated healing: since 7.3, it no longer multiplies, it spreads.
