Serylda's Grudge becomes the armor penetration option for high-burst champions in patch 7.3: 50 AD, 35% penetration, and a slow reserved for targets below 60% Health.
The item now reads as a pure penetration item with a chase bonus: it makes every combo heavier against armor, then keeps the damaged target from fleeing.
It is the penetration buy for champions with big ability bursts. It is no longer a utility or anti-heal pick: for that, look at Mortal Reminder.
