mana-tank Patch 7.3b
Fimbulwinter

Frontline

Fimbulwinter

Fimbulwinter is Winter's Approach's reward: every immobilize or slow you land generates a mana-based shield.

Frozen Colossus: when you impair an enemy champion's movement, you gain a 3-second shield of 120 + 4.5% of your max Mana, increased by 80% if more than one enemy champion is nearby (8 s cooldown; 50% effectiveness for ranged champions). In patch 7.3, the item goes to 500 Health.

The evolution comes on its own if the Tear was taken early; the real choice happened at the first item.
