Winter's Approach is the tank's Tear: HP and mana that stack as you cast, evolving into Fimbulwinter.

Awe: you gain bonus Health equal to 15% of your max Mana and refund 15% of Mana spent. Mana Charge: basic attacks, Mana spending and damage taken from champions, structures and epic monsters grant 14 max Mana, up to 700, at most 3 times every 10 seconds. In patch 7.3, the item gains 150 Health (500).

First item or nothing — its ROI depends entirely on stacking time.
