Echoes of Helia
Echoes of Helia is the new patch 7.3 support item for offensive supports: part of the damage you deal to champions is stored, then paid out as healing to the next ally you heal or shield.
Soul Siphon: 30% of the damage dealt to enemy champions (pre-mitigation) is stored as Soul Fragments, up to 80 to 250 based on level. When you heal or shield an allied champion other than yourself, all fragments are consumed to heal that target for the same amount.
Riot describes it as tailor-made for offensive supports looking to turn their damage into healing. You need a kit that combines damage on enemies with a heal or shield on an ally: hit, store, then pour it all out with your next heal or shield. It builds from the new Bandleglass Mirror and Kindlegem.
