Galeforce gives ADCs what their kit lacks: an on-demand dash, with missiles that finish low targets.

On an immobile carry (Jinx, Ashe, Jhin), the active is life insurance against dive AND an offensive kiting tool. The real cost: slightly less raw DPS than a pure crit item — you pay for mobility with damage.

The tradeoff is simple: if dive kills you before your DPS comes out, Galeforce pays; if you are free to shoot, take raw crit.
