Mechanical Tips

Ambush (1) AS bonus: Coming out of stealth grants a large temporary AS bonus — ALWAYS initiate engagements from stealth to maximise initial DPS
Deadly Venom (passive): each auto-attack applies 1 stack of poison (max 6) — stacks increase the damage of Contaminate (3); in teamfights, maximise stacks on multiple targets before casting level 3
Contaminate (3) radius: the ability explodes, hitting ALL enemies within a radius around each target with poison stacks — in a dense teamfight, a single Contaminate can hit the entire enemy team
Spray and Pray (Ult): massively increases range and allows auto-attacks to pass through multiple targets in a straight line — position yourself so that the line passes through as many enemies as possible at the same time

Common Mistakes

Contaminate (3) with few stacks: triggering level 3 with only 1–2 stacks wastes its potential — wait for at least 4–5 stacks for maximum burst damage
Spray and Pray without positioning: the ultimate is strongest in a straight line through multiple targets — don’t activate it if enemies are scattered; look for a line of engagement
Using Ambush solely to escape: offensive stealth is Twitch’s main strength — wasting it defensively when the bonus attack speed would have been more effective
