Mechanical Tips

  • Hex Fragments (passive) : farm Hex Fragments via minions (3), epic objectives (5) and champion kills (25) to upgrade skills — optimal upgrade order: 3 (Death Ray) → 1 (Siphon Power) → 2 (Gravity Field)
  • Death Ray (3) upgraded: once upgraded, level 3 leaves an AoE explosion in its wake — position the beam so that the explosion lands in the centre of the enemy group
  • Gravity Field (2) stun: the field slows enemies; those who remain in it for too long are eventually stunned — use to zone and force enemies to move or take the stun
  • Siphon Power (1) shield: ability 1 grants Viktor a temporary shield — use it whilst trading blows to reduce damage whilst counter-attacking with empowered auto-attacks

Common Mistakes

  • Ignore Hex Fragments: not farming the passive significantly delays Viktor’s power – prioritise minions and objectives for upgrades
  • Chaos Storm without positioning: the ultimate is a vortex that must be placed on a group of enemies — do not activate it if enemies are scattered
  • Death Ray not prioritised for upgrades: the upgraded beam is much stronger than the base version — rush the level 3 upgrade above all else
