Rapid Firecannon returns in patch 7.3 to take over Magnetic Blaster's range: its Energized attack deals 80 bonus magic damage and grants 35% bonus Attack Range, up to 150.
It builds from Zeal and Kircheis Shard (2650 gold) and gives 25% crit, 40% attack speed and 4% movement speed, with no Attack Damage. Riot describes it as a more specialized option than Magnetic Blaster: it no longer does everything at once, it is there to hit a target from a safe distance.
Keep it for marksmen who need a little extra reach to find damage in teamfights without exposing themselves. The bonus is capped at 150: it matters most on short-range champions, less on those who already shoot from far away.
