Riot built it to give marksmen a real choice between Zeal items: it creates a burst window after the ultimate, and names Twitch, Zeri and Yunara among marksmen who already play around theirs. Same price and build path as Rapid Firecannon (Zeal + Kircheis Shard, 2650 gold), with 45% attack speed instead of 40%.
