Lord Dominik's Regards
Lord Dominik's Regards is the crit ADC's anti-tank: percent armor penetration plus bonus damage against high-HP targets.
The typical third ADC item once the enemy frontline starts absorbing your DPS: the penetration applies to every bullet, the anti-HP bonus does the rest. Against a squishy team, a raw crit item stays ahead.
The AD mirror of Void Staff: a game-reading purchase, not an automatic reflex.
