She excels in compositions seeking to flank and eliminate a priority carry before rejoining the main teamfight. In Wild Rift, her wall hookline mechanic is extremely powerful in the narrow corridors of jungles and lanes.

Camille engages on the carry with Hookdive and Hextech Ultimatum, and Orianna drops the ball inside the arena before triggering Shockwave — the target trapped by Hextech cannot move away from the ball's center, making Shockwave guaranteed. The synergy also works in reverse: Orianna Shockwave groups enemies, Camille picks her target from the group and Hookdives to them. Exceptionally strong in split-push: Orianna can roam from midlane to join Camille in top, and Camille's ultimatum ensures the roam target cannot Flash the Orianna.

Lulu's Wild Growth activated on Camille during Hextech Ultimatum creates an AoE knockup inside the cage that hits the trapped target — Camille isolates AND Lulu provides additional CC in the same action. Whimsy on Camille provides extra move speed during her E+W gap closes, making her nearly impossible to kite. Choose Lulu when the enemy team has counter-dive compositions (Gragas, Poppy, Singed) that can expel Camille from her cage — Lulu neutralizes these threats with polymorph or defensive Wild Growth.

Effective double dive to break poke or long-range compositions that rely on distance to survive.

Mechanical Tips

Precision Protocol (Q) double cast: Q2 is available for 3 seconds after Q1. Q2 deals true damage if 1 second or more elapses between the two casts. Always allow ~1 second to pass for the true damage.
Auto-attack Q reset:Q → AA → Q— each cast of Q resets the auto-attack; stringing together auto-attacks between two Qs doubles the damage output.
Hookshot (E) towards a wall: E1 towards a wall = cast E2 at any target within a wide arc. Locate the walls on the map to maximise its utility.
Hextech Ultimatum (R): traps the enemy in a cage — they can still move around inside, but cannot escape. Allies cannot enter either.
Adaptive Defences (passive): physical shield against AD targets, magic shield against AP targets — use this at the start of the fight to absorb the initial burst damage.

Common Mistakes

Casting Q2 immediately after Q1 without waiting 1s — loses the bonus true damage.
Using E when there is no wall available — E1 on its own has a short range and is much less effective.
Misplacing R: the cage is centred on the enemy at the moment of casting — position yourself correctly before casting R.

Notable Interactions

R prevents enemies from leaving, but Camille can enter and leave freely.
E1 towards a wall sends Camille into the air, and E2 can be cast at anyone within the arc — a surprise angle.
Stack Conqueror quickly with the Q-AA-Q combo — ideal for extended trades.
