Riot found that some users cast their ultimate before reaching the action and lost the item's value. The effect now waits for an enemy champion to come in range, for up to 5 seconds.
It is an engage item for tank supports, rebalanced against mixed compositions (25 armor and 25 MR). 7.3 recipe: Kindlegem + Cloth Armor + Null-Magic Mantle.

If no enemy champion is in range when you cast it, the effect is delayed up to 5 seconds, or until an enemy champion enters range. Part of the armor becomes magic resist: 300 Health, 25 armor, 25 MR, 2400 gold.
