Expert take
Yone is an excellent pick for players who can think in windows rather than combos. He rewards preparation: stacking Q3, controlling the wave, leaving vision, waiting for the enemy’s key spell, then entering when the angle is truly exploitable. His real strength is not only killing quickly, but making space dangerous before he even presses ultimate. However, he becomes mediocre if the player tries to force every action from the front. In this patch, Yone deserves to be played when your team can follow his entry or capitalize on the panic he creates. Without follow-up, vision, or patience, he quickly becomes flashy but unstable.
